Vol. 3 No. 4 (2026)
The fourth issue of IJETAA features a study by Xiaoyue Liu and Jing Zuo exploring the dynamic relationships among digital talent agglomeration, industrial digitalization, and regional economic growth across China's provincial regions. Through systematic empirical analysis, the authors reveal an inverted-U relationship consistent with the Williamson hypothesis, alongside notable conjugate effects between the two key drivers. While national and sub-regional patterns still deviate from an optimal conjugate state, the Yangtze River Delta demonstrates a positive collaborative dynamic that actively promotes economic growth. This issue offers timely policy insights on moderating resource agglomeration and advancing regional integration in an era of technology-driven development.
