Issue 6 opens with "Development of UAV Swarm Ad-Hoc Network Communication Technology for Emergency Scenarios: A Review." When earthquakes, floods, or wildfires disable terrestrial infrastructure, restoring connectivity is the precondition for everything else. Ren, Zhu, and Zhang compare three architectures — flat, hierarchical clustering, and space-air-ground integrated — and trace their implications for routing, medium access, intelligent optimization, and transmission security. Reinforcement-learning-based adaptive routing, decentralized federated learning, digital twins, and semantic communication are assessed against what each has demonstrated under highly dynamic, resource-constrained conditions. The review closes by relating architectural choices to protocol requirements, implementation cost, and validation maturity, and by naming open problems in energy use, scalability, and standardization.
